June 15th Coaching Call
We all have 24 hours in a day. What we make out of it depends on how productive we can get. Adopt Igor’s productivity hacks and strategies that proved to work for him, and incorporate those in your daily lives to triple your productivity and get things done faster.
Episode includes:
Own the first hour of the day – If you can start off your day earlier than anyone else, then you would have that first hour to yourself. At this time everything is quiet and you are able to focus and achieve more. You can repeat this regularly and in the next six months, you would have achieved a lot.
Turn off distraction during your productive hour – The mobile phone has been identified as the number thing that keeps you distracted. Your phone is the productivity sucker and should be turned off when you want to get some work done.
Focus on one goal per day – Don’t try to do too many things all at once. You might also get overwhelmed and not get much done. Instead, focus on achieving just one goal per day and you will have a sense of fulfillment and progress.
Adopt 6 high income-producing activities as an online marketer – You need to focus on only six activities that will add up to your money-making goal daily. These are funnel hacking, picking affiliate offers to promote, creating affiliate promotions, driving traffic, building your list, and emailing your list.
Avoid chaos and fear – Try as much as possible to stay organized and have time for everything. When you begin to lose focus fear sets in and a feeling of chaos reduces your productivity. Try to face your fear and talk or journal about it. Don’t be hostage to your brain by overthinking stuff and making it bigger than it really is.
Label your fear – When you are faced with a challenge that scares you, don’t run away from it. Give that source of fear a name and work on finding a solution to it. This gives you more power and once you can figure it out then you can overcome that fear. Face your fear and keep doing that thing that seems to be scary, until you get comfortable with it.
Journal about your challenge or fear – Have a journal for writing down your challenge. Ask yourself questions about that challenge and what makes it so scary. The more you identify, the closer you will be to getting a solution.
Eat fewer carbs and fast regularly – What you eat in the morning affects your brain and loading your system with carbs messes up your brain. Cut down your carb intake and also adopt fasting to help you clear your head and stay focused. Ensure that you have no other health conditions before engaging in fasting.
